La localisation de cette maison est parfaite pour accéder à la plage bien entendu (5mns à pieds par un chemin piétonnier à travers la dune) mais également au centre ville. Les fournitures nécessaires sont là. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle ainsi que les chambres (petites il est vrai mais c'est pour les vacances).
La terrasse couverte (assez grande en fait) a été très appréciée, surtout par temps de pluie !
Le parking privé (deux places) est un plus.
