You are at the foot of Notre Dame beach with a breathtaking view and an incredible Sunset every evening.
The apartment benefits from a bright living space thanks to its two large bay windows parallel rooms that insulate perfectly in terms of heat and sound and that open directly onto a south-facing balcony.
Ideal for a breakfast in the sun or an aperitif dinner in front of the sunset over the ocean.
The living room offers a 140cm sofa bed with a real 16cm mattress and opens onto a fully equipped American kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils)
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit and a toilet.
At the entrance there is a sleeping area for children with a bunk bed.
