Liked - Location, cleanliness, view, easy access to main routes, good internet. I would stay again.
Disliked - Single bed (not their fault as was advertised as such) - Too soft mattress, Noise from property above during evening. Also the place was a lot smaller than expected.

Great access to Torquay and the surrounding area with good roads and lots of attractions in Torquay, Torbay and the Dartmoor area to easily fill a week. Also plenty of grocery and shopping areas for self-catering. Large parking in back yard with security light meant car was secure and safe. Good quality kitchen implements and very clean unit.
It was quite small for 2 people but we managed because we wanted to be in the area and not have to drive too far to see holiday attractions.

Room was clean
It's a tiny room. I think the photos are a bit misleading.
The shower was the smallest shower cubicle I've been in. The curtain makes it even smaller - water went everywhere.
We couldn't use the microwave oven even with instructions.
