The host was really kind and friendly. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary cooking tools and air conditioning. We got towels, shampoo and shower gel. The apartment was really tidy, they cleaned and changed the bedroom sheets every 2 days. The supermarket was exactly under the building (operated by the same owner) and the bus station was on the other side of the road.

Apartment owners very friendly and location was good with good views. Approx. 15 minutes from the beach. Bus stop to return to Corfu town nearly opposite but the incoming bus stop seems to be just at the start or very end of the village. One new kettle and 2 electric rings, Bedrooms fine.
No hand rail on the stairs leading up to the first floor apartment - In the 2 bed apartment the bathroom was old, tiny, shower tray with no shower curtain, old shower handset, no mixer, just old taps so difficult to get the correct temperature, water sprayed everywhere, wetting the floor and toilet. No towel rail (just 2 supporting brackets and no actual rail) and nowhere to put clothes to keep them dry when showering. No extract fan. Very basic essential kitchen equipment, just 3 knives, 4 spoons, forks and teaspoons, bread knife and small knife. 4 very small cups and 4 glasses, 4 plates and bowls. Saucepans were fine. No bottle opener, scissors, serving spoons etc. No towel change all week. No instructions in apartment, tiny waste bins for toilet and kitchen, empted twice during the week. No drying rack for clothes. With a few basic extras the stay could have been better. Very expensive for what was included and we noted the price increased by over 100 euros whilst looking at the apartment detail to actually booking a couple of hours or so later! Is this booking.com or the owner's actions? Would hesitate to book in this way again if this is what happens? Also had to pay extra city tax to the owner for which we have a receipt (which we now read was already included in the total amount we paid in cash on arrival and the owner would have known this so this is not acceptable). Not really good value for money unfortunately so would not return.
