Charming hotel with a lovely garden and friendly staff, but a coffee machine would be an improvement

Location was relatively close to the beach about 10 minutes walk. The garden is amazing and you can enjoy it while having a drink out on the terrace. Very friendly staff.

Lovely relaxing stay in Mayflower

The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned every day and we always had fresh towels. The apartment had everything we needed if we wanted to cook (which we didn’t) we did use the fridge. The pool was beautiful and had plenty of sun beds. Beside many restaurants taverns and bars.

Got bite with mosquitos lots around the pool area, it was September and they definitely come out more then (not hotels fault just a time of year thing)

Comfortable but basic accommodation, nice pool, not too far from the beach and shops

Fridge worked but freezer didn't. Lots of wasps if you tried to eat outside, but that's not the hotel's fault lol

Really good apartment

Very good room with free air conditioner, small but full equipment kitchen, clean swimming pool, close to supermarkets and restaurant, about 7 min to the beach.

The door didn’t lock inside but the problem was solved at once.

Lovely break

Good facilities, friendly staff. Cheap drinks in the bar. Room was well equipped, microwave, toaster, hot plate. Plenty of utensils, egg cups, full size mugs. Welcome pack, teas, coffee, sugar, orange juice, water. Washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel and hand soap. Modern shower cubicle with full closing doors. Air con and ceiling fan.

Beds too hard and uncomfortable. No hairdryer which was a big disappointment. Light outside annoying, no window blind so room not dark, but it does go off at some point in the night. Pool area wasn't particularly clean, tiles are slippy and needed a good jet wash.

Nice apartments near the beach and the stores

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. Good location - near to the beach but also to the stores and main road.

The bathroom was a bit too small and the windows didn’t have mosquito nets which was a bit of a problem.

A really nice place to stay, very serene. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, 5 mins to the strip, 10 mins to beach. Apartments are set in an olive grove, really nice pool. All the staff we come across were very friendly & very helpful. There are two apartment blocks, block 1 has pool views, block 2 where we stayed looked onto waste land but it wasn’t a problem. Also a big shout to the girl in the reception, so pleasant & informative.

Great Location & Clean.

The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to supermarkets, some nice restaurants, and the bus stop, and around 10 minutes to the beach. The accommodation itself was basic but clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was a good size, with the added bonus of a separate kids' pool, which was really convenient. Daily cleaner which was a bonus. Great value overall!

On arrival you will find a board with your check-in instructions, no welcome receptionist. No big deal just make sure to review the map to make sure you go to the right building/room.

Great location, smack between the beach front and the main strip so plenty of choice. The mayflower has a lovely vibe and is a lovely place to stay. The cleanliness is really good and the beautiful gardens make it a lovely place to stay. We asked for a late check out and it was no problem to stay until our taxi came for us in the evening for a small fee.

The only issue we had was with the really hard mattresses; quite uncomfortable.

Although dated, the place is well looked after and very clean. They let me stay a whole day, as my flight was late. It is very tranquil around, within easy reach of beautiful beaches and amenities.

It was very dated. The apartment was in need of updating and modernising. The bed was uncomfortable which I feel was due to its age. Beds and mattresses need replacing and new furnishings. It wasn’t as clean as it could be

Cozy place with a good pool

Enjoyed our stay a lot. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the room - good size for 2 people, kitchennet was pretty functional, had everything we needed. Would be nice to add dishwashing liquid and sponges, feels a bit stupid to buy a new big bottle for a week. :-/ Balcony was spacious and great place for breakfasts. Pool is quite big and nice too, bigger then I expected :) Loved the greenery and flowers everywhere, place felt very cozy also because of that. Road to the sea was reasonable (about 7-10mins slow walk). Lots of supermarkets and restorants in 2-5 mins walk.

The only thing what was super annoying to me - the air-conditioning was very loud. We didn't use it (the weather was not hot anymore), but our neighbors did and it was almost impossible to stay outside on the balcony when it was on (and the part of Aircon which is attached to the balcony wall outside) and also sleep with opened door. I was hoping for quite nights with sound of crickets, but had to sleep with earplugs some days :(

Very nice accommodation with swimming pool at a reasonable price

was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, very clean, comfortable, arrival to the accommodation well marked, taking over the room without any problems, nice pool and surroundings. You can see that this is a house that is well looked after. Supermarket is very close.

The way to the sea is a bit longer, because it is not possible to take the shortest way, there are fences everywhere, but even so it does not take more than 10 minutes

Exceptional

I stayed in a studio with two beds, a bathroom, a small kitchenette and balcony overlooking the pool and it was everything I needed. The room, property generally and the pool were exceptionally clean and meticulously tended to - all credit to Diana, Spiro and their team. The reception staff, especially Magia, was incredibly helpful and full of useful tips and suggestions, going as far as making my restaurant reservation for me and also organising a taxi get me there. Importantly, as a solo traveller, I felt very safe in the accommodation complex and the village itself. Supermarkets, ATM's, bakeries, two bus stops and a travel agency to book island tours were all within walking distance. There are also great restaurants, tavernas, bars and cafes close by. I loved my stay at The Mayflower so much, I didnt bother going into Corfu Town during my time on the island. If youre looking for a laid back, safe, clean, quiet and relaxed location to stay at in Corfu, I highly recommend The Mayflower.

The only issue I had was with wifi - it was a little choppy at times and the signal was poor, oftening telling you you had full connection when you in fact had none but it was workable and there were endless places in town with wifi that it was not too big of an issue.

The pool, the garden en the atmosphere are great. Its peaceful lovely and quiet. The studio was perfect for us.

It would have been nice if the airconditioning was included. But still everything was great!

The apartment is situated in a very good and quiet area, close of the beach and restaurants. It is a large and comfortable apartment. The parking is large enough and we always found a spot no matter the hour we came back. The pool is very nice, our children loved it and there are plenty of water toys provided. The owner is very friendly and ready to help

No soap, sponge, shower gel or shampoo provided The cooker didn't work very well and was a bit difficult to cook. Not enough towels provided.
