Lovely family holiday

The large spacious gardens. The pool size. The small amount of studios. The close proximity to the beach. The staff.

Beautiful friendly place

Everything. The hotel is a lovely place. We chose this hotel due to the extensive gardens and space around the pool as we have a granddaughter with additional needs. The location is amazing, right next to the beach. The gardens are kept beautiful. The pool is of a great size and the water temperature was warm. It's a very relaxing place. Own food and drinks can be consumed around the pool. The rooms are a decent size and all facing the pool. They are well kept and clean. The welcome pack was a nice touch and there are also full size mugs for tea and coffee.

Nothing really. A few more utensils in the kitchen would be nice, like a spatula to lift eggs out of the frying pan. A toaster would be a great addition and a towel for drying pots. My daughter had to buy a sharp knife as there wasn't one in her room. The owner also has a restaurant opposite, a discount for guests would be a nice touch as we did find it more expensive than most other places, especially snacks.

The room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sparking fresh swimming pool. Comfortable beds and great power shower. Couldn’t have picked a better location for the beach and restaurants. Very peaceful location. Very helpful staff too.

Little gem in Moraitika

The hotel is based in very nice garden with a swimming pool and beach just around the corner. A small super market and restaurant in front of this hotel so everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday. I like this place and return year after year. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

no-one there to greet us, was told to ‘get out off reception’ by a child. then handed a key bt the cleaner who couldn’t help us with other questions we had. ie air con, tv didn’t work and no safe.

Nice location near the wonderful beach, and Moraitica is a nice place in general. Great pool and nice territory.

Very bad internet, if you're trying to work remotely, it's a choice not for you. Absence of mosquitoe net, old furniture, absence of dishwashers accessories. Had problems with door lock.

Location is excellent

We have stayed here twice before so we knew that the apartments were small and basic, on this trip however we were disappointed to discover that the pool was unusable for the first 4 days of our stay. The apartment was not as clean as we expected. The kitchen cupboards were grubby, numerous cobweb. The bedding was changed once in 2 weeks. The cleaner had a family problem and was not available for a week. That's fine, these things happen but we did expect a thorough clean on her return. Unfortunately this was not the case. Very disappointed.

Roomy and comfortable room in an excellent location

Fantastic Location right next to beach. Very clean and large pool with quite a few sunbeds. Room basic as expected but still very comfortable. Taverna opposite owned by the family is a great place to eat. Free parking on site a bonus.

Quite noisy during evenings due to proximity of "Golden Beach" club Elvis shows etc. Cooking facilities limited but not a big issue.

Herzliches, familiengeführtes Hotel in perfekter Lage

Wunderschönes, kleines familiengeführtes Hotel, in dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Besitzer wohnen selbst im Haus und kümmern sich unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam um ihre Gäste – wir hatten sogar einen medizinischen Notfall mit unserem Baby, bei dem uns sofort mitten in der Nacht geholfen wurde. Auch eine spontane Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts war problemlos möglich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Garten gemütlich, der Pool ruhig und nie überfüllt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ausreichend groß, mit kleinem Küchenbereich und einem renovierten Bad. Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, Supermärkte und Tavernen in direkter Nähe, trotzdem angenehm ruhig.

Die Einrichtung zeigt an manchen Stellen leichte Gebrauchsspuren und die Betten sind etwas härter – beides für uns aber völlig in Ordnung und typisch für Griechenland.

Dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa

Mały obiekt, fajny pusty basen. Parking na terenie. Plaża blisko. Lokalizacja świetna.Wieczorem blisko bary przy plaży.Skromne pokoje w stylu lat 90. Pokój rodzinny to dwa osobne pokoje ( jeden pokój był po "remoncie" ) drugi pamiętał lepsze czasy ;-) , każdy z łazienką ( plus ) połączone wspólnym korytarzem w którym była "kuchnia". Pokoje były czyste i to wynagradzało standard "ekonomiczny". Nie byliśmy tam , aby siedzieć w pokojach.

Jakbym nie wiedziała wcześniej, to rzeczywiście może standard pomieszczeń. Ale nie pierwszy raz jesteśmy w Grecji i nie byłam zaskoczona. Uwaga (!) na podjeździe, gdzie stawia się samochód. W nocy możne być niespodzianka, bo nie widać wtedy ,że wzdłuż płotu jest głęboka szczelina ( około pół metra ) i ktoś parkując z przyzwyczajenie blisko płotu może uszkodzić auto.

Θα ήθελα στο δωμάτιο να μπούνε κάποιες κρεμαστρες και κάποιες πρίζες παραπάνω, δίπλα στα κρεβάτια...

Sehr einfach aber wirklich ganz gut!

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick besser als erwartet (wir hatten das Standard-Studio und die schlechten Bewertungen im Hinterkopf). Ein Obstteller und eine Flasche Wasser standen bereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool, war wunderbar gepflegt und hübsch. Es gab immer genügend Liegen und Schirme. Perfekt ist die Nähe zum Strand. In einer Minute Fußweg ist man da. Supermärkte und Tavernen gibt es genügend.

Ich denke, wenn man schon eine Küche zur Verfügung stellt, sollten auch entsprechende Utensilien zur Verfügung stehen. Es gab werden Spüllappen, noch Spülmittel. Die sonstigen Küchenutensilien, ließen auch zu wünschen übrig. Nun ja, es soll wohl eher die Motivation steigern in einer der (meist überteuerten) Tavernen essen zu gehen 😉 Der Küchenschrank wurde offenbar kürzlich lackiert, sodass das Geschirr extrem nach Lack stank und beim Herausnehmen erstmal gespült werden musste. Das Hotel war im Ortsvergleich günstig. Im Inselvergleich aber dann doch ganz schön teuer, für das wirklich sehr einfache Zimmer. Moraitika selber ist sehr touristisch. Wer Strände mag, die man vor Liegen und Schirmen kaum noch sieht, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.
