Hardly to visit again.

The sheets and blankets were used and covered with hair of previous guests. In bathroom we have found also one used and dirty towel, later also cockroaches. The bathroom is far to small. Nobody from staff entered the room for 2 days, no cleaning. It is not known what for breakfast is included in price and what has to be paid additionally. One person is serving the restaurant and reception and is not trained for check out and receipt which causes delays and more time spend for guests.

We had to pay more than the reservation price. Emoyees can not to speak Emglish, so the communication was difficult. Firstly we had issue under our dinner at outside, then solved.

Location of the property is great - right at the entrance to the city. Secluded from motorway, peaceful and quiet. Rooms spacious, clean and of modern design. Restaurant on the ground floor has wonderful choice of food and is prepared so deliciously.

Great location, close to the bus station and to the centre. Nicely designed and very clean. Staff were excellent. Big breakfast while sitting in the sunshine. The room was very comfortable, it was the best night's sleep I had in a long time. I will gladly stay there again.

Very clean and big room, new furniture, comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Breakfast was very tasty, rich, filling and varied. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly! Everything was at superlative!

Location. How to get to the hotel; it's a bit complicated, but after a phone call to the location, the staff guided us and we arrived immediately!

We stayed in the hotel only one night, but everything was perfect. The hotel is new , the rooms are stylish and comfortable, it is very clean also.The breakfast is included in price and it was very tasty. Hotel staff are very nice and polite. Thank you!

Hot water might be an issue.We need to remind the host to switch on the hot boiler before having a bath...everything else was at very high level.

Razocaranje

Krevet je udoban. Blizina Gradskog bazena.

Ne znam iskreno odakle da pocnem.. Zao mi je sto neke stvari moram da iznesem ovde,ali bicu iskren. Pri ulasku u hotel u 14i30h nikoga nije bilo na recepciji, starija zena koja je bila ljubazna, ali vidno umorna dolazi tek potom sto nas je videla da smo dosli, trazeci je na terasi iza recepcije, dok pije kafu sa nekim covekom. Nema check in-a, ne radi im kompjuter a telefon zaduzen za Booking navodno je pokvaren ( kao da ne postoji drugi telefon) , ne traze licnu kartu ,nista. Apartman koji sam rezervisao nije dostupan, valjda zbog renoviranja te dobijamo malo manji apartman. Aparata za kartice nema, tako da se placa u gotovini. Zena zaokruzila cenu kao na pijaci, deluje kao da u hotelu radi sve sama. Hotel je nekad bio jako dobar, to se vidi, ali sada je hotel "duhova". Parking u okviru hotela je oke, jedino je auto na suncu. Klima u sobama ne radi, a sampon za tusiranje je bio prazan. Dorucak na slikama prikazan samo u snovima. Radi druga zena koja dolazi u kuhinju, fina do duse, ali sluzi vas na bazi kajgana- par paradajiza, eventualno ,jogurt ,mleko ,kafa, hleb ili caj i to je to. Tus je bio raskliman ,kao i drzac za peskir. Wi Fi postoji samo kao signal, TV ne sluzi nicemu jer nema kablovske, osim YouTube-a ,ako uhvati domet. Ne znam odakle ovoliko pozitivnih komentara. Iskreno razocaran...

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr liebevolles Personal , die Dame bei der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet nett hilfsbereit! Kamen 2 Stunden früher an und sogar da wurde das Zimmer uns schon früher gegeben. Ein Danke an alle Hotel Mitarbeiter für einen schönen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne . Für den Preis kann man nichts aussetzen

Frühstuck war sehr gut, das Personal super hilfsbereit! Zimmer auch sehr schön, Lage ist ok.

Mein Zimmer wurde 5 Tage nicht gereinigt.
