Dock + Lanai: Riverview Homosassa Escape!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect from start to finish! If you are looking for the ultimate Florida Nature Coast getaway, look no further. From the moment we pulled in, the tropical, palm tree-lined driveway instantly made us feel like we were stepping back into a charming, old-Florida paradise where vacation could truly begin. The location is unbeatable. Having a private boat slip right in the backyard and direct river views made every morning feel like a paradise. Plus, being just over a mile from Homosassa Springs and within a short distance to fantastic local restaurants made exploring effortless. Inside, the home was immaculate, bright, and beautifully decorated. The single-story layout made moving in a breeze, and the two beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything a chef could need (including stainless steel appliances and a Keurig), and the screened-in lanai was our absolute favorite spot to unwind in the evenings without worrying about bugs. They’ve truly thought of every detail here, from the fast WiFi and smart TV to the in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary toiletries. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are already planning our next trip back. Highly, highly recommend!

The house is beautifully located just at the river, it is beautifully furnished and decorated with love. We felt very much at home. In the river we saw several Manatees, Dolphins and Aligators. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and the kitchen has all you need.
