Nature Lover's Paradise! Snowbirds welcome, monthly discounts! Sonny Springs is on a spring fed deep water canal that is a 10 minute (no wake!) kayak trip to the head springs. Deep water access to the gulf with stunning views all the way (no bridges). Sitting on the dock is a great way to pass the time watching fish, manatees, otters, dolphins, turtles and birds. Enjoy the view, the kayaks or canoe (at your own risk), the springs, the well-equipped house and the laid back vibes of Homosassa. Beautiful pavers with a firepit!
Call Troy at 727-465-8491 with any questions. Large dock for your boat with direct access to the gulf. Kayaks are available for guests (at their own risk), the head spring is a quick kayak trip away. Beautiful, clear springs are a great place to see manatees, snorkel, dive, swim and paddle!
Fully equipped, updated kitchen and house for up to 8 guests. Spacious corner lot for backyard games. Fire pit and ample seating on the dock, lanai and deck. Bring your reusable water bottles for our reverse osmosis system! Exterior security cameras are used for front, side and backyards.

Communication with the host was impeccable. Home was very clean and cared for. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat. Great little spot on a deep water canal very close to the Springs. It's a decently long ride to get out to scallop grounds but that's mitigated by the closeness to the Springs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the Homosassa area.
