Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This fully furnished 3/2 home sleeps 7 and is super clean and modern with many extras. It is located just 5 minutes away from the Homosassa River and 10 minutes from the Crystal River. Publix and other shopping amenities are within 1/2 mile. Rest comfortably with new quality furniture and enjoy the river and beach life decor. Have a family cookout on the grill under a nice gazebo. Play cornhole and roast marshmallows later in the large fire pit. This is the perfect location for those wanting to swim with the manatees, go scalloping or go fishing in some of the best fishing areas in the state. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Homosassa and our house has to offer. Happy Summer time!

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful home while we were in town after the sudden loss of a family member. It was an incredibly difficult time for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and comforting place to stay.From the moment we walked through the door, we felt a sense of warmth and calm. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could have needed. Every detail reflected the care and pride Michael has put into creating a welcoming space, and it truly became a place of comfort and refuge during our time of grief.Michael was an outstanding host. He was compassionate, kind, and always quick to respond. His communication was excellent, and knowing he was readily available if we needed anything gave us one less thing to worry about during such a difficult weekend.While we wish our first visit had been under happier circumstances, we are so grateful to have found this beautiful home. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, exceptionally clean, and welcoming place to stay. We sincerely hope to return one day under much happier circumstances. Thank you, Michael, for your kindness and hospitality—it meant more to us than you know.

We have never stayed at a VRBO as well appointed as this one. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The owner has thought of everything. Our stay was so comfortable, we will definitely book this home again.

The house was wonderfully laid out for 4-6 people and was exceptionally well stocked and equipped. The host was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others as well!
