The house is highly decorated with the whole beach theme and reinforces that you are somewhere else. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped for meal preparation. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. The sitting area furniture was in the theme and fine for short sits.
My granddaughter played with us in the yard a fair amount and we took kayaks to the launch spot not more than 100 yards away. The kayak cart made that pretty easy. The launch point is surfaced with stones, but entry/exit from the water was easy. The water near the launch spot is also well-protected and should usually be calm.
Nadeene checked in before and at the end of the rental to make sure everything was OK. She seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great time.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew it was going to be a great place. Filled with a nautical and beach theme throughout, we appreciated every detail the owners put into it. From directions to everything close by, to how to operate the TV, we had a stress free stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to go back!

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the nautical furnishings and decor, the kayaks, & the upper deck! Everything we needed was provided. The house is close to restaurants, bars, and local sites. We appreciated the excellent communication with the owner!

The host thought about everything to make sure they stay was amazing! Instructions and referrals are left for families to have the best time and see as many things as possible during your stay. The house was very clean and stocked fully for any meals you make have planned. 10 out of 10 for us and we want to visit again.
