Walk in the front door to a nicely appointed and decorated large living room, dining room and a huge kitchen. Large screen TV with DVD player. Sliding glass doors open to a large screened in patio.
Laundry room with sink, folding area, washer and dryer with large closets. No need worrying about clothes lasting the whole stay.
Master bedroom - king size bed, walk in closet, with an en-suite featuring a large walk in shower. 55 inch TV with cable. Door leading from the bedroom to the screened in patio.
Bedroom #2 - Queen size bed with large closet. 42 inch TV
Bedroom #3 - Full size bed and twin bed. Chest of drawers with 42" TV. Also a comfortable chair.
Cable TV with WIFI and games for all ages
Walking distance to restaurants with live entertainment. About one mile to the Homosassa city dock.

Great stay! Got a great run down of the property and all the amenities when we checked in. House was clean with everything we needed. Host was available throughout the stay. Our young children loved the toys in the bedroom with the full and twin. Will definitely return for future vacations.

Everything was perfect about this property and the owners/hosts. This was our 4th year in renting this property. It is always exceptionally clean, well equipped, and well stocked with essentials. Joy and Joe, the owners and Mary Lynn, the host, go out of their way to make sure your visit is comfortable and memorable. We'll be back next year!
