Spacious Three Bedroom, water access, water view and pool. Condo located oveelooking the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Gourmet kitchen, Jetted Tub, Outdoor balcony with great water views. Private pool and workout room for Sunset Bay guests only. Water Access with boat slips available. Full washer and dryer in unit, AC and ceiling fans in all rooms. Beautifully decorated, a great place to escape, recharge and relax.

This is by far the best place to stay at Chinocteague! The hostess is so thoughtful and makes the home comfortable and inviting. The location is amazing, we sat and watched dolphins swimming and diving around the bay two of the days we were there (bring your binoculars for the wildlife!). The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is very usuable--I have growing children so cooking in is much cheaper than eating out for us! Although we did enjoy going out one night. I just can't say enough. My only hesitation is that if I say how wonderful it is (and its the best!) then I'm going to make competition for myself to get it for next year! This is our third year in a row, and it is fast becoming our summer vacation tradition!

We had a great stay. We enjoyed eating at Ropewalk, Mr. Baldy’s and Famous Pizza. It was a great place and in a great location. We enjoyed one of Captain Randy’s tours at Chincoteaque Island Adventures and saw both dolphins and wild ponies.

Great property for a relaxing stay. Clean and spacious. The host was helpful and is an effective communicator. There are a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Beautiful condo with beach themed inspirations and impeccably clean. Well stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. The owner is responsive and provides plenty of extras to make your stay comfortable.
