Newly and beautifully renovated, it is the one you’ve been waiting for - AND, it has a Waterfront HOT TUB that you already cannot wait to experience! Fish, Crab, or launch your Kayak right in your own backyard - it is indeed a Water Lover’s Paradise!
As you pull down the long driveway, you can smell that salty, sweet breeze, and hear the wind whisper through the trees - you’re on Island Time now! Climbing up just a few stairs to the door, you already cannot wait to see the Views. Stepping into the Entryway, you’ll be welcomed by Oyster Wallpaper that we couldn’t love more, and enveloped in Crisp White and Nautical Navy. Kick off your shoes and let the fun begin!
You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day exploring Assateague National Seashore, which by the way, is less than 10 minutes away. Sink into the comfy oversized sofa and take in Bay Views from a wall of windows to the Water - there’s nothing like it! Decorated with a whimsical Coastal Flair, and unique Local Art, it’s an amazing place to just “be”. In the evening, gather the family for movie night on the Flat Screen Smart TV, or hang out on the Deck and listen to the Tree Frogs sing.
Just off the Living Area, you’ll find a wonderful Screened Porch with more amazing Bay Views, and that leads to a Waterfront Deck with comfy seating for all. Are you seeing a theme here yet?!

We loved the view and location of the house. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the wildlife refuge and beach. The hot tub at sunset was very relaxing! We would stay again.

This was an exceptional rental property. It exceeded our expectations...and I think that says a lot about a place. The management company for this property were solid professionals. This property was immaculate. It was super clean. The decor was thoughtful, rich, and comforting. We wanted an amdience and vibe. This place nailed it! Highly recommended!
