Spectacular waterfront home on the end of a cul-de-sac! Bright, airy and immaculate! Four decks, including one off of the stunning 2nd floor Private Master Suite. Dramatic cathedral ceiling in the cozy, waterfront living room. A screened porch to host an outdoor dinner. Central heat for those off-season stays, and Central A/C for the summer stays, make this the perfect vacation house all year 'round. A sunny, well equipped, eat in kitchen for the gourmet cook. Down-draft cook top and gas grill; perfect for any meal. Beautiful sunsets on the Chincoteague Bay - Water views from every room! Large, hot water outside shower and an oyster shell path to the water so you can easily walk out to the bay to crab, fish and kayak.

We enjoyed the window on the bay. The weather was cold, windy and rainy but we made the best of it.

Blue Point Bayside is perfect! The game room was great for our littlest guest on the coolest day of our stay. The view was spectacular and it was peaceful and quiet.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The location and view was great. However for the rental fee I expected the house to be in better condition. It needs a deep clean! For example the tiles in the master bath were moldy and so was the shower curtain. Chinoteague the island did not disappoint. Weather was great and lots of nature to enjoy!
