About this villa rental
Spacious and comfortable luxury villa in the popular southern coastal area of Playa Blanca. With stunning ocean and mountain views. Private pool. Walking distance to Faro Park restaurants and shops.
Fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster. Washing machine in separate utility area.
Bedlinen, towels and beach towels included. Large private garden and patio with BBQ and covered dining area for al fresco dining. Sun loungers and outdoor seating. Large pool that is heated during winter months November to April. If heater is required outside of these months an extra charge will apply.
Master bedroom with king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. Ensuite comprises of shower over bath, sink unit and w/c.
Twin room with 2 full size single beds and large fitted wardrobes an extra bed is available suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
The Living area has 2 sofas and a large wall mounted television, with the added bonus of cable channels. Wifi included.
Air conditioning units in the living area and master bedroom.
Additional bathroom has walk in Shower, sink unit and w/c.
This property has a Verisure Alarm system. The alarm is disarmed by use of a key fob. This alarm has two photodetectors fitted, one in the living room and one in the hallway. They are not recording devices and will only take still images if the alarm is triggered and motion is detected within the property.
The property is a short walk from the coastal path into Playa Blanca town centre. You can access the sea from rocks or small sandy bays all along the coastal path. The closest beach is Playa Flamingo and can be reached in under 10 minutes by car or taxi; it takes approximately 45 minutes on foot. There are a selection of bars, restaurants and shops within 10 minute walk. The town centre of Playa Blanca is a 10 minute car or taxi journey. Arrecife airport 40 mins by car.

Amazing location in very quiet, small residential area. Just 10 minute walk to some great restaurants, and 10 minutes the other way to the coastal path which leads right along to the beaches. Very spacious accommodation both inside and out. The pool is great, and the terrace has gorgeous views of the mountain, and the lighthouse.

Our second visit to Casa Colina as we love where the villa is positioned. It has everything you need for a great holiday, some updating and maintenance would make this the perfect holiday villa get away. The restaurants and shops within walking distance provide a good choice for fresh bread at breakfast and also dinner in the evening or go down to the marina for a different atmosphere and great views out to sea or yachts, we also like Puerto Calero in the evening.
