Villa Estrella by Villa Plus

- very spacious - dedicated parking - in general quiet neighbourhood but it depends on the guests in the nearby villas - well equipped kitchen - swimming pool, pool table, ping pong. - good location to explore the island. - very smooth check-in - lock box (we arrived late)

- some of the mattresses were totally used, should be trashed right away. Some were relatively new - very comfortable. - could use better cleaning, dust/dirt visible in the corners, lamps etc. - requirement to check-in online in advance + pay the deposit.

Comfortable beds, good showers, well equipped villa with large fridge freezer, washing machine. TV was only Spanish channels as you'd expect but Netflix worked well.

Not enough sofas or comfortable seats, only enough for 4 when villa slept 6. One bathroom window has suncream on it from a previous guest. Crockery / mugs / glasses etc didn't match but there were enough of them. Would've been good to have had some soap and washing up liquid but appreciate it is self catering and easy enough to buy locally. Pool wasn't cleaned midweek like we were told.

Fabulous villa, located in a quiet area, very spacious. We spent most our time by the pool.

The villa was OK. The rooms were large enough - the beds fine and fully fitted wardrobes. The kitchen was adequate.

There was absolutely nothing in the villa - so on arrival, with children, there was no drinking water, washing up liquid, toilet roll or anything. The whole villa was bare. The shelves had been removed from the oven, which made cooking impossible. I asked for someone to come and replace them, but no one got back to me. The shelves had been removed from the fridge door, so all bottle had to lie on their side in the fridge, taking up a lot of room. The pool was small, but I undertstand we knew this.
