Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for easy self-catering and benefits from direct access to the outdoor terrace, making indoor-outdoor living effortless.
The spacious lounge is one of the villa's standout features, with a striking glass roof and large patio doors on two sides allowing natural light to flood the room throughout the day. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. There are two king-size bedrooms and one twin bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room and direct access to a private terrace with comfortable seating overlooking the garden. Two additional bathrooms provide convenience and flexibility for larger groups.
Outside, Casa Carra offers a private heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and attractive mature gardens. A comfortable rattan seating area provides the perfect spot to relax with a drink, while the covered dining terrace allows guests to enjoy al fresco meals in the shade.
A traditional built-in Canarian BBQ is set within the garden, creating a wonderful setting for relaxed evenings spent dining outdoors and making the most of Lanzarote's year-round climate.

The Neighborhood:
Casa Carra is situated within the peaceful Los Buganvillas community, a popular residential area that offers a relaxed setting while remaining within easy reach of Playa Blanca's many attractions.
A leisurely 15 to 20-minute walk will take you into the heart of the resort, where you'll find beautiful beaches, a bustling promenade, waterfront restaurants, cafés, bars, and a wide variety of shops.
Whether you're looking for relaxing beach days, scenic walks, or lively evenings out, Casa Carra is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Playa Blanca.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

The house was lovely and spacious and clean. The weather was a little cool for the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Could not fault it.

The pool and the outside were above expectations, nice to have someone welcome to the villa, good use of technology (tablet)
Slightly further out of town compared to descriptions (20 mins to centre)
Third bedroom smaller, slightly dated furniture, none of which detached from great holiday

We booked this as a last minute holiday the villa is perfect it has everything you need from a pizza cutter to a dish washer the location is perfect the area so quiet it is about 5 euros in a taxi to the marina and the shops
The small bedroom really cannot accommodate two adults which we needed as there were 4 single persons therefore it would have been very helpful if one of the sofas converted to a sofa bed as the two single beds are more of a child’s bed and you could then put a larger bed in the one room and use the sofa bed as another.

Casa Carra is a lovely villa, very comfortable and fully equiped. The host has been very nice and helpful. We would definetely rent it again :)
