About this house rental
This property is beautifully decorated in a very modern and tasteful style and is situated in quiet residential area with views of both Montana Roja (the Red Mountain) and Fuerteventura. Ideal for families the property comprises of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. On ground floor there are two twins, one of which is very large and equipped with a cot, freestanding wardrobes, TV and DVD player. The other ground floor bedroom has very generous built-in wardrobes. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor is turned over entirely to the master suite and has a walk-in wardrobe further bathroom and its own completely private terrace.
In the living and dining area there is luxury marble flooring throughout which compliments the Italian leather sofa's and the luxurious feel of the open plan living space. There is a large flat screen TV complete with access to over 300 channels including a sky package. There is also a Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, Sony stereo system with MP3 player and free WIFI. The living area leads onto the outside terrace and patio area with private heated swimming pool, hot-tub, dining table and chairs for six people to enjoy a nice outside barbecue.
The kitchen/breakfast room is of very high standard with integrated oven/hob/hood and microwave there is also a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Leading off this is the Solana area with washing machine.

The villa is nice and spacious and in a good location. However on arrival we noticed the hottub and pool weren't clean. We contacted the host who apologised and said would contact the management company. Unfortunately noone cane to clean the pool until 6 days later, the hottub was never cleaned, we didn't spend a lot of time in either. We were here for 10 days so was a shame.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we would love to return for longer next year. The villa was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed watching the good range of TV channels in the evening. It was great having the pool and hot tub plus plenty of room outside, both in the shade and in the sun. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay in Peter and Nicola’s lovely villa.

The outside area pool and tub were not clean on arrival but property manager acted straight away to get this rectified. The hot tub lid is totally worn out needs replacing immediately. You cannot fully use hot tub which isn’t good. The oven cannot be used either and the microwave is dangerously placed to remove the food from. The gate was broken which looks shabby and compromises your security. Very disappointed that there was no toilet rolls, washing up liquid and essentials left for your stay. Overall we were disappointed I am afraid
