Very nice villa, short walk to the sea and restaurants. Table tennis and pool tables available. We had a vey pleasant stay.
Not enough hot water, sometimes none at all; that was a distinct negative for 7 people staying at the villa. We sent a message to the Host but no reply.
There was a fault with the dishwasher - did not clean properly and tablets not dissolving; with no hot water available this presented a slight problem!

The Villa was the perfect size for our family of 9. The location was great and easy walk to the restaurants, bars, beach and grocery store. The AC was nice to have, the pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the pool and table tennis tables. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware.
I think the only issue we had was that the refrigerator was not as cold as it could have been.
