With the beach and facilities of Santo Tomas all within an easy 10 minute walk, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is ideal for larger groups who want to leave the car at home. The beautiful golden beach is lined with a good choice of cafes and restaurants and a few souvenir shops and mini markets can be found along the main street. Villa Santo Grande also has a partial sea view as well as a large, private, gated swimming pool and spacious living accommodation. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Excellently situated, Villa Santo Grande is very close to the centre of the resort. A mere 10 minute walk will bring you to the beach which is lined with shops, bars and restaurants along the seafront. The villas location on the central Southern coast makes anywhere on the island accessible within a short drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

Due to energy saving regulations the air conditioning at this villa will have a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum temperature of 28°C. The air conditioning in this villa also operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
