Proximity to the beach. Air con throughout the property. Large outdoor area with many types of seating. Excellent size pool. Good size kitchen and decently equipped which can be unusual in a rental. The villa is owned by a large hotel complex next door, where the staff were incredibly attentive, checking in on us every few days and helping immediately with anything (couple of air con units leaked). They fixed them the same day!
1 more umbrella would be useful. Couple of bathrooms had leaks on the floor from the bath/ shower, but very minor
