Spacious accommodation, 3 bedrooms with their own ensuite. Hotub. Parking for 2 cars. Pet friendly, modern design & location was good for eating out.
Property looked a little tired, certain areas need attention. Mirror light in bedroom 2 didn't work. mould on outer wall in twin bedroom & leakage around showers. £150.00 for hotub, should be incorported in price.

Beautiful, well appointed and quiet location. Very spacious for our family of four (and our pooch). Would definitely recommend Seashells as a base to explore North Devon

Good location, comfortable. Plenty of games as weather wasn’t great.
Nothing not to like although not that soundproof as could hear music in the street until early hours, albeit seemed to be a one off.
