Decent but needs improvements

Property smells of Damp! Especially open plan kitchen. The smell is almost unbearable after returning to the property if all doors and windows were closed all day. Ants in the kitchen. Mother cat and a kitten living on the patio, which would be fine if they were not using the outdoor dining area as a toilet. The cats were also riddeled with fleas. We spent a 15€ to buy some flea treatment for them. Rats or other unidentified pests living in the roof between the tiles! You can hear the activities at random o'clock, especially at night and early morning hours, loads of squeaking, scratching noise, etc. which loud enough to keep us awake. Property management notified about the issue, their response was that they have carried out pest control earlier this year, which obviously has not be effective. Promised to arrange further treatment but it did not get resolved during our stay. Coffee machine using capsules which cannot be sourced locally. Challenging access to the property, the drive cannot be accessed due to some support wire from a telegraph post, which isn't helpful when arriving or leaving with luggage. Lack of wardrobe in the bedroom WiFi was very temperamental

- The internet + TV did not work for during half of our stay (we were there for 4 days). When the internet was on, the debit was pretty low. - The coffee machine is simply broken. Please replace it with a new generic espresso one. - The bathroom is very inconvenient. You should remove the curtains at least. - The cook top simply makes the heaters unusable. Please remove the top cover. - Provided the location, it would be ideal if the cottage had a small pool

Cette maison se trouve dans un endroit paisible , loin des mouvances de la ville Elle est très propre et très bien équipée L’extérieur est très agréable , entouré d’oliviers Merci pour la réactivité de Spiros et du cadeau de bienvenue - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour - on recommande

Un petit havre de paix
Tout ! C’est un petit havre de paix. La maison est charmante. L’extérieur encore plus. On ne voulait plus partir après une semaine passé ici. En prime une maman et son chaton ont élu domicile non loin dans le jardin, c’était très agréable de les avoir à nos côtés, on espère que les prochains locataires prendront son d’eux.
