Convenient location, walking distance from convenience store and many restaurants, as well as Starfield Coex Mall. Rooms were clean and bath was comfortable.

Entrance was somewhat confusing. Check-in was also somewhat confusing. There is no lobby or check-in desk, which isn't very obvious at first. Touch screen self-check-in kiosk is the only option, and it kept giving me an error message. Then the phone next to the kiosk started ringing and it took me quite a while to realize *I* was supposed to answer the phone; my check-in was then completed via phone. Rooms were quiet from outside noise but sounds could be heard between rooms at times.

Brilliant place if your just looking for a place to sleep for a decent price in the Gangnam district. Efficient check in and staff were very nice. Bed was on the hard side but slept extremely well. Stairs were not an issue for me as I have light luggage. Would definitely stay again for the convenience.

チェックインが15時でその前にキャリーケース預かってもらえたらしたらもっとよかったなぁと思います。
