About this house rental
Your vacation rental is located a short distance from Lake Hatcher that has some of the best lake fishing in Pagosa Springs and borders the Turkey Springs National Forest offering miles of great hiking, all from your property!
As you enter the home from the front door, the main living area is up a few steps where you will find the large, nicely decorated living room with gas fireplace adjoining the kitchen and dining area. There are full height windows that offer superb forest and mountain views. The kitchen has an eating island and is stocked with all of your favorite cooking appliances and gadgets. Off the dining room is rear door to the back deck and yard area.
Upstairs from the living room is the king bed master bedroom with walk in closet and private full bathroom. There are ceiling fans to keep things cooler and this room has a private deck with great views. There is also a second bathroom outside this bedroom for the house to use that includes the washer and dryer.
Down from the living room, on the same level as the entry, are 2 more queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Down some further stairs is a nice play den with cozy couch and TV as well as another private 1 person bedroom with a twin bed.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This home does not allow pets.

Loved visiting Colorado.. it’s never disappointing! The house was up to expectations, very clean and easy to get to. The area is very quiet you could even hear a pin if you dropped it on the ground. Definitely will stay here again.

We have a group of friends that we vacation with. This was a quickly planed trip. Very happy that we found this vey nice place. Nestled outside of Pagosa Co about 9 mile. It is vey clean very lovey place to just hang out with friends. Or go into town to the hop spring. The property managers was very helpful and offered very good information. I would highly recommend this home. IF we have the opportunity we will stay there again.

The home was beautiful. We loved staying here with our family, the lower living area was a great way for the kids to hang out together while the adults were upstairs. Beds were all comfortable, the home was a nice size and was very clean and well stocked. Can’t wait to make it back for another stay!
