About this cabin rental
Spacious, light-filled, luxury cabin built to take full advantage of the awesome mountain views via giant picture windows that reach to the peak of the cathedral ceiling and doors that open out onto a large covered deck.
** Stunning 4 bedroom & loft, 3.5 bath chalet with separate living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms on all three floors!
** Beautiful furnishings, remote controlled gas log fireplace, DISH, & Roku.
** Recently refreshed painting inside and outside!
** Well stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes, electric range, oven, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, crock pot, microwave, waffle maker, and refrigerator with ice maker.
** Stainless steel gas grill on the second floor porch off the kitchen.
** Located at an elevation of just under 8,000 feet (2,438m) in a quiet (10pm outside noise & lights out) neighborhood which provides the perfect setting for making great family memories!
** Breathtaking views of the San Juan mountains and Coyote Hill.
** Walking distance to the San Juan National Forest with 1.8 million acres of exploration possibilities!
** Mountain biking, hiking, rafting, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, etc. nearby with ON PROPERTY SLEDDING (in winter)!

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We especially loved coffee on the deck in the morning, cooking family dinners, and all the amazing activities pagosa has to offer during the day.Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation!

I would have given this a five but all the HOA rules/owner rules made it difficult. Rules about the lights, about the blinds, about the noise, and even so much as neighbors sending pictures to let owner know we hadn’t turned off the lights yet; which it wasn’t 10 yet. This house is great for big families and has everything you will need. Location is great and only 12-15 min outside of town. King size bed is comfy but other beds could use some updating or better mattress toppers. our vacation was spent with everyone being sick so we spent a lot of time in the cabin and overall cabin was great! Pagosa Springs is beautiful!
