Groovy escape steps from the beach, a must sea! by Starship Stays

My family and I had a great time. We could walk to the beach in 5 mins. It was a quiet dead end street. Maggie had beach chairs for the beach and tables for outside to sit and eat outside. It was wonderful

We stayed for a week in early August with two other couples and a baby. The cottage was very cozy, clean and well equipped for meal preparation and dining. The sun porch was a favorite spot for relaxing with a cup of coffee. Walking distance from the beach and beach accessories provided were very useful cart, beach chairs etc. Just a few minutes drive from lots of attractions and the vibe at York Beach is very unique and family oriented. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! It was extremely clean, updated and close to the ocean. The house is located in an adorable neighborhood on a dead end street. The house was full of everything you could possibly need for your stay (soap, laundry detergent, lots of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, towels, beach towels, etc. The appliances were new and everything was very clean. The house decor is very unique and fun! The only hard part was that with kids the walk to the good beach area, near Stone’s Throw on long sands, is a bit far (about 1.3 mile walk). We would definitely stay here again!

Reasonable walk to the beach- our favorite side. Dead end street great for kids playing. Cottage was clean and comfortable. When kids get older they would get to enjoy the upstairs more but ours are too young right now so we mostly utilized the downstairs. Love that we can bring dogs. Best retnal we have stayed at so far In York!
