The apartment is spacious and conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable.
There was dust in the corners and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The apartment was completely empty, no trash bags or salt or shampoo or even toilet paper, we had to run to the store and buy everything. In addition to paying in advance, I had to send a deposit of 300£ to secure the flat and wait 2 good weeks after the booking for them to send it back.

The location was perfect for my family of four's needs in London, which included both visiting relatives in the area and more common London tourist activities, with the Westferry station of the DLR within a short walking distance. The flat itself was very clean and well-accommodated, and quiet at night for good sleeps.
The property managers were in regular contact with me even before our arrival, making sure that we understood the quirks of the rental. I found them very friendly and eager to provide assistance if needed.
Limited space to store clothes.
Maybe have a coffee maker? (I'm just picking nits at this point.)

The location is practically in the city center, close to the metro and shops. The residential area is quiet. The apartments are spacious enough, the kitchen is newly equipped with all the necessary equipment. The house has an elevator.
Only two things were missing: garbage bags (there were none at all) and toilet paper rolls (there was only one, which we quickly used up). The towel drying was a problem. There is no separate dryer in the bathroom.

Unfortunately this place arrangement was totally unexpected to me. I was expecting an apartment hotel with hotel staff and usual reception employees, and a breafast restaurant, however none of these existed. The owner of the flat communicated with me via WhatsApp and Booking.com messages only, He/she even refused to answer my phone calls.
On our artival, the Wi-Fi was not working in the appartment , and I communicated in a very difficult way with the owner of the apartment. It felt like I was communicating with ghosts which made me very angry and highly dissatisfied. The flat lacked good quality pillows, the ones we found were very old, no shampoo was provided in the toilet, and the toilet light qas very dim. It was really a disappointment.
