It’s located at 3 minutes walking from an amazing beach. Also, the size of the apartment and the patio were great. This year they solved all the things that were mentionned in the old comments- there is AC in all the rooms, they also have blackout curtains now. The apartment is in a very quiet area and you can park your car free of charge in front of the apartment. The owner was very nice and accepted a late check out. Also, even if they have some renovations ongoing on the upper levels, they respected our stay and there wasn’t any noise or anything that could make us feel unconfortable. I highly recommend this place
