Unit 206 is an oceanfront suite with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony or get closer to the waves with our easy beach access. Use the HOA provided heated indoor pool, or walk downtown from our central location in Lincoln City. Unwind after the day's adventures with a meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchen (full sized appliances!), and some time in the walk-in shower
The Space:
Unit 206, which we have lovingly named "Peanut Butter & Jellyfish", is an oceanfront suite with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony or get closer to the waves with our easy beach access. Use the HOA-provided heated indoor pool, or walk downtown from our central location in Lincoln City. Unwind after the day's adventures with a meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchen (full sized appliances!), and some time in the walk-in shower.
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great place to stay right on the beach! Pet friendly and a good pet relief area. We spent the majority of time taking in the vibe of Lincoln city and surrounding areas. Very fun visit!

They could do better at cleaning it. The stain on the floor is still there( I’ve seen a review from 2025 mentioning it ), there is a funky smell, the couch could be replaced is dirty and has lots of dog hair. The drawer handles in the bathroom were no clean . The pullout out bed, the metal around it, was dirty. What we enjoyed at this condominium was the great ocean view, and the easy access to the beach. Also the king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was clean !
