We stayed five nights waiting to go to the stone house above. The studio has many useful things, the host is very kind and the price is cheap. Foutia is a very quiet village with beautiful views on Monemvassia island.
The studio smells because it has few air change, so you use the air conditioning system but it looses water inside the room. There is no view from the apartment and the beds have to be changed. You'd better choose the stone house above
