The poor review is for the host. The unit was double booked. The host sent a video leading to the door only the find another guest already in the unit. I was given another unit, however, not a comparable unit, I booked a unit with kitchen facilities and a washer. The alternative accommodation was a bed with only a refrigerator and 2 wine glasses. The host never reached out and did not respond to communication. I paid a non refundable price so I guess they did not feel the need.
The host lacks professionalism.
