Le logement est propre et confortable, sans caractère particulier, mais d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Ce qui en fait le charme, c'est évidemment la vue, tout à fait exceptionnelle depuis le hameau de Foutia sur le site de Monemvassia. Accès par une route de montagne étroite et sinueuse, mais le calme et la fraîcheur sont au bout du chemin...

La struttura è immersa nel verde, sulle alture a 20 minuti da Momenvasia. Ci ha accolto il proprietario, un signore dai folti baffi bianchi, che parla poco inglese ma è molto disponibile. Dalla struttura in 30 minuti si raggiunge l'imbarco per l'isoletta di Elafonisos.
La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa.

Fantastic place. The property is of a high standard - it has two air conditioning units, so it was warm even in winter, and it's very spacious (large bedroom, large living room, kitchen, and bathroom). The kitchen is well-equipped. There's a shower with several spray options. Luxurious, and the price is affordable, even for one person. Access is via a mountain road, but very safe and convenient. Parking is easy on site. The owner is helpful and communication is seamless.
The only negative: WiFi is supposedly available, but it didn't work (there were some technical issues, so it's worth checking before arrival). If it weren't for that (and I needed it for work), I would have given it a 10. However, the owner was very helpful.
