The host is very friendly. The studio has a queen bed and an extendable sofa. The kitchen has everything if you want to cook or heat dinner. It has a fridge, an electric stove, a microwave, and an electric oven. There is a minimarket right across the street. The old town centre of Nessebar is within walking distance. The new town centre of Nessebar is also within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the area. The closest beach is Nessebar South Beach.
The extendable sofa is firm and has a lot of humps in it. It is not very comfortable to sleep on. The balcony is very small and can barely accommodate a table and 2 chairs, and does not leave enough space to walk around it. The cleanliness needs improvement.
