This place was excellent. Location was perfect, right on the beach and next to several restaurants. Free access to a beautiful pool and poolside chairs with a view of the beach, the AC worked great. The hosts supplied everything we needed plus extras, like beach toys and scissors. The bathroom had a great design, and two of us could even shower together separated by a curtain. The sofa expanded into a large bed and a side sofa bed that could have easily fit 3 people. Nice balcony with a large rack for drying clothes. Full size fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishes, and even a small safe. I would certainly return. This apartment was located in the same building as the hotel. And by the way, the one we stayed in was not the same as what you see in the photos, with the orange decor everywhere. The one we had was on the second floor and was nicer, with neutral colors- beige and gray. The old town is about 15 minute walk, but a main street of the new town starts right across, and lots of stores, restaurants and a grocery store were within 5 minute walk.

It would have been nice to have an earlier check in, 4 pm is not so typical. But I guess you could pay 25 euro for early arrival or 50 euro for late arrival, so plan accordingly.

How big it was and the view was amazing

Maybe that it didn’t have a blow dryer in the room and that there was no shower curtain in one of the bathroom showers but other then that it was really good.

This was a spacious apartment with a big living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The building is in a great location overlooking a good beach. There is also a private pool. There are 5 or 6 bars/restaurants immediately around the hotel and plenty more within 10 minutes walk. There is a decent mini supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. When we encountered some issues, communication via the booking.com system was excellent, with messages replied to straight away. It was very clean inside and the kitchen was good with a decent size fridge/freezer as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.

Although this is a great apartment, it is not without its issues. Firstly, it is in a building with lots of other apartments but it is privately owned. This means you cannot get any help from the staff onsite and, most importantly, you are not entitled to any parking. As it is advertised as having parking, this was very frustrating and led to us having to pay about 8 euros a day at a nearby private carpark. There is no street parking in the area and we were warned that parking regulations are strictly enforced. The other significant issue was that the air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn't work. We notified the owners but nothing was done about it. Judging by the state of the units, they didn't look like they had been looked after very well. This meant we had to have the air-conditioning on full blast in the other bedroom to keep the temperature down. Luckily there was extra bedding for the people sleeping in that room as it made it very cold. Other minor issues: There were only 2 glasses in the kitchen - after we reported this someone came and dropped off some more. The sheets on the beds are too small. They only just tuck under the mattress, so in the night they would often come off. Although the inside was very clean, the balcony was covered in bird droppings. There were a lot of birds around but it wasn't fresh droppings - much of it looked like it had been there for several weeks.
