Everything was great but no front desk person to greet you upon arrival and no person to contact for issues… we didn’t have any bath clothes and I had to call the 800 number only to be told to wash the ones we had… which were none… but the next day we were brought more than enough. So issue was resolved

The view was nice. The place looked just like the pictures.
The lady in the front office at Palm Beach Resort was very rude. I came in to pay for parking and she told me I had no reservation and needed to call the Vacasa, even though I clearly had the signed rental agreement in my hand. As soon as I called, and put them on speaker phone said that the reservation was now showing. The receptionist from Vacasa asked to speak to lady in the front office to ask her about the issue I was having with parking .The lady from Palm Beach was also rude her as well. She went on and on about how Vacasa failed to provide the correct information to their customers which cause them to be held up in the site office, which in my opinion wasn’t completely true and did not excuse her rudeness. The people from Vacasa were all very pleasant and helpful.
