About this apartment rental
This property is centrally located on Pleasure Island close to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach line and the Gulf State Park. It was COMPLETELY RENOVATED this winter. New cabinets, granite, tiled showers and new flooring. It’s about ten minutes from the Florida/Alabama line and the infamous FloraBama Lounge.The Wharf (concert venue also) within10 minutes. Ten minutes to the Hangout, 5 minutes to Coastal and across the street from the Hugh H Bryan trail, named #1 in the nation in 2024.
There are literally miles of trails for running walking or biking.
It has one king size bedroom with full bath upstairs and queen sofa bed and full bath downstairs. It is 707 square feet with fully stocked kitchen, books, games, beach toys, all linens and towels and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.
We have four pools, one of which is heated as well as a kiddie pool. Tennis/racket ball courts for those fans are on second floor.
This unit is on the third floor, yes there are elevators with plenty of carts to load your stuff on to load and unload. The good part is when you get off elevator and go through double doors, it’s the first unit on the right.
As you will see in the pictures we sit directly on the sand and the walkway from pool to sand is about 15-20 feet.
I bought this unit seven years ago and I manage and clean and sanitize it myself being local.
I am open 24/7 to assist you with any maintenance, questions, help you might need.
I ran a charter boat business for seven years and customer service is my name. We want you to come back and see us for years to come.

Host was welcoming and had great communication. Condo was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Very convenient walk to the beach. Reasonably priced.

The condo was very clean. Not only was the condo clean but the whole property was clean, no trash hanging around. The condo had all the beach items that one would need like umbrella, beach chairs, even toys to build a sand castle. The condo owner Yvonne was readily available and responded back quickly. I will be rebooking with her next year.

The unit was super cute with everything we needed! This host is out of this world nice and thoughtful!!! I had to speak to her directly about an issue and she was so understanding and kind. You can see the ocean and the roof top pool from the balcony. The king size bed is to die for!! It was so comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. Will definitely consider bookikg this unit again!!!!

The condo was clean, but smaller than the appearance goves. The bathtoilet area is extremely small. The hallways needs painting badly. The days it rained, the parking lot was so flooded, some residents were walking in water as a foot deep in order to get to their vehicles. The elevator has no ventilation. Hot and muggy.
