View from the 40th floor was amazing. The apartment was comfortable with everything you needed. It’s advertised as luxurious which it may have been when it was new. Everything worked ok, cooker, washing machine etc but the apartment is looking a little tired and need of a revamp to make it luxurious. Beds were very comfortable with clean towels and linen. There is only 1 key to the apartment. This was a bit inconvenient as we were a family of four and sometimes come and go separately. You can purchase an extra fob for the lifts and elevator for $10 from reception but without an extra key it seemed pointless. I contacted the host about the key but he only had 1. The apartment had been cleaned before we arrived but could have been done about better if I am honest. Location wise it’s pretty good although it ls 30 mins away from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. There’s a couple of shops for groceries nearby. On the whole we had a good stay at the apartment but to call it luxurious is a bit misleading. I’ve tried to be honest with my review to help people in the future. As when I looked at reviews they were very mixed.If you get it for a good price then it’s worth a stay.
