About this apartment rental
Come and stay right in the heart of Uptown Charlotte! Everything about this place you will love. All the amenities you will need for a short or long stay. Spectacular rooftop sweeping city views from this delightful 1 bed w/ a sleeper sofa (both with comfortable mattresses) and 1 bath studio. Professionally cleaned after each stay. This is a secured building that you will feel and be safe in. It is also walking distance to almost everything uptown you will love. You will not be disappointed!
The space
Our fashionable studio apartment offers a adequate living area with a warm and welcoming aura.
The open plan living room has a sofa with a bed and smart TV with streaming services. It also has a fitted kitchen area where you can prepare delectable food to your heart's content. You'll find a variety of cookware and kitchenware available for your cooking needs. There's a coffee machine with a choice of pods available for your morning coffee.
The bedroom has very comfortable queen-size bed, with white linens, soft beddings, and pillows.
The bathrooms come with a walk in shower with a bench to sit on and a rainfall showerhead. It's also equipped with towels and toiletries.

There's a host of amenities & facilities within the apartment and the complex building. Our guests will have access to a fitness center, two resort-inspired pools, rooftop pool with resort-style seating, and game and club room that opens up to pool plaza. You’ll also find a outdoor grilling area (gas), elevators, beautiful views of Uptown Charlotte and Panther Stadium and on street retail with a plaza that opens up to Gold Line.

The area has a strict towing policy and we are not responsible for any towed cars.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.
Breaking any of the rental rules, the guest is liable for a $500 fine and termination of the reservation without any refund and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
There is a $250 fee for any lost or damaged key fobs, parking decal and parking remote to open garage which is black laminated.
Guests that have extended stays which include 4 or more days, may inquire and request an in-stay cleaning which includes linen change, bathroom cleaning and kitchen wipe down and floors or re-stock request, if anything runs low. Please be mindful that in-stay cleaning is not a free service and is subject to the availability of the cleaner. You may call host to request one if needed.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations! We came to Charlotte for the FIFA World Cup being played at Bank of America stadium. This property was a short walk from the stadium and everything else was close enough to walk or rent some scooters. The pools and amenities were beautiful and well kept. Lots of things to do at the apartment complex as well as being close to so many things in the city. Check in and out was so easy, and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Very clean!!!

Great location! Walked to the stadium for a concert. Supper and drinks at a bar right downstairs. My brother lived in the building next door so perfect place. We enjoyed playing ping pong with my boys! Everything was enjoyable

My parents and I rented this studio for Shakira's concert in Charlotte. The location was perfect, we walked to the stadium. In fact, after we arrived and parked the car in the garage, I didn't take it out. We walked everywhere. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk. The apartment was great and if there hasn't been raining, I would've taken full advantage of the pools. There's also a cafe on the first floor that has great coffee and they were in the process of opening a pub as well. All in all great place in an awesome location with amazing amenities.
