This beautifully decorated condo is fully furnished, centrally located, and is truly magical whether traveling for business or pleasure. Be sure to check out our pool, gym, and pool table while you're here! Condo is located just steps away from uptown's most popular restaurants, breweries, and venues. Our place has all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay here in the Queen City.
• Guests will be given one key fob and parking passe located inside an offsite lockbox and directions to access the building.
• We have a team on standby 24/7 in case you encounter any issues requiring our assistance.
• We would be happy to recommend local businesses, tourist attractions, and our Queen City favorites. there will be a Welcome Binder in the home with a ton of details! Please take a moment to flip through it. It will also contain your checkout instructions.

As our guest, you will have access to the entire condo excluding our supply closet. Also, you will have access to our amenities including a pool, fitness center, and entertainment area complete with pool tables. It's all yours, enjoy!
Upon arrival, you'll instantly fall in love with the spectacular skyline views, gorgeous architecture, and the beautiful lobby including the grand piano. You'll then take the elevator up to the 8th floor.
Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted with hardwood floors, modern decor, 10-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, and the some of the most spectacular views the city has to offer from our balconies. Don't forget to step out upon nightfall when the city lights really come to life!
In the open-plan living area, we have a spacious sectional sofa, 55" Smart TV, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen to whip up all of your favorite meals.
In the master bedroom, you will fall in love the comfy king-size bed and large, private bath for your ultimate comfort. The 2nd bedroom has a cozy queen size bed, and large walk-in closet with beautiful shelving. The 2nd bathroom is just as luxurious as the master being equipped with a two-sink vanity and an amazing walk-in shower. When it's bedtime, be sure to turn on your favorite shows as both bedrooms have wall-mounted TV's..
The condo includes FREE parking for up to 2 vehicles that is located within the parking garage attached to the building.
If you don't have a vehicle, no problem. Charlotte offers the Lynx light rail, public bus system, and of course it's just a short and affordable Uber or Lyft ride to everything!
Due to the tight security of the building, we have a dedicated lock box located .6 miles from the unit where you can pick up your key fob and key card for the parking garage before heading to the property.
