Trifecta Luxury Serviced Apartment in Uptown CLT

The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. There was a balcony, so I enjoyed sitting outside and watching the busy traffic (foot, car, and scooter) in the evening and morning. The bathroom was clean (a big plus for me!)

This company sends way too many emails! Before getting there, during the stay, and even after checking out. The emails are a strange mixture of welcoming and threatening. I simply will not book again with this company based on their emails alone. My daughter and I were terrified to do anything wrong. The funny thing is, after scaring us into not enjoying ourselves, they sent ANOTHER email about booking an extended stay and then another threatening one about giving them a 5 star review online and privately telling them the negative stuff! Hell, no! We couldn't leave fast enough...and when I tell you that, I mean literally. You can't leave earlier than your scheduled check out time unless you notify (BY EMAIL!) someone. When I booked, I could swear it boasted a 2 bedroom apartment. It was 1 bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. My bed made a very odd noise...light sqeaking...I can't explain it. However, while it wasn't a comfortable bed, I slept well.

Good location, central to everything I needed. Fairly comfortable and nicely decorated.

Small TV. Lights in the bathroom and above the stove were out. USB ports in bedroom didn't work. Was able to figure it out, but instructions to access the parking garage were correct. Instructions, specifically the door code, to check out didn't work.

the location was great the front desk staff so incredible. everyone was so friendly and helpful. the apartment was nice. could have been cleaner. the vents and base board really need to be cleaned. overall it was a very nice stay!

cleanliness could have been better. for how much it was a nite you shouldn’t see what was on baseboards and definitely what was on vents!

The number of emails and texts were overwhelming!! I was on vacation but the property was in CONSTANT CONTACT!! Plus, if I am paying for the cleaning fees, why do I have to follow two pages of instructions to check out? Get somebody else to do it. The reminders were annoying and intrusive. Also, the camera on the balcony is obnoxious. It’s impossible to enjoy the space when the eye-spy camera is watching your every move. Also the camera captures what’s going on inside the unit if the curtains are open in the living room or if the shades are up in the bedroom. Creepy. Finally, nobody is washing the extra pillows and blankets. They have makeup and hair all over them. I guess they just have the guests put them back in the storage in the couch. Ew.
