Arrival / Departure time :
Arrivals will be at the agency at 10 Places de l'église in Hourtin, reception will be available from 3pm until 5.30pm.
The keys will be handed over in person in order to organise your arrival at your holiday accommodation.
The departure time is set by the agency to optimise the organisation of cleaning services.
It will be set in the middle of your holiday week, between 8am and 10.30am maximum.

Linen :
As regards linen, you will need to bring your own bed linen or subscribe to our rental service (hire of flat sheets, bath towels, etc.).
