A large sun drenched deck area provides beautiful views of the dramatic Hazards Mountains.
The house has heating for your comfort and has a versatile layout that provides the comfort and convenience for couples to have a romantic getaway or families and friends to have their own separate space but ample room to come together to appreciate the beautiful views and special features of this comfortable but stylish home.
Situated just above Richardson’s Beach, the house is with a few minutes walk of Freycinet National Park, beaches, jetty’s, shops and cafes.

Park View has an open plan living area, dining, kitchen and spacious balcony upstairs, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on this upper floor. On the lower level there is also a second living area and another 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped and conventionally modern. Have a BBQ and out on the deck, while enjoying the most breathtaking view.
You can wander down the path, through the trees to the beach. Continue to walk along the beach to The Bay restaurant for lunch or dinner, enjoying the sunset while walking home.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was large for four seniors and we didn't feel cramped with the upstairs and downstairs accommodations.We spent the day in the park and its was great.

Was lovely to stay here with friends.
Kitchen was well equipped & bedrooms comfy.
Just had to light the bbq with matches as the knobs didn't ignite.
Would be great with a covered entrance as we all got quite wet coming back to the accommodation.

Liza communicates regularly; we had a problem with a heater in one of the rooms and Lisa organised a maintenance guy to fix it on the same day. We were very grateful for her prompt service.
The house is immaculate and has all the mod cons we need to make our stay comfortable.
