Enjoyed the property and surrounds. Only negative- the outside deck & furntiure had not been cleaned and floors in upstairs bathroom/ toilet not properly cleaned. Would have been good to have a clothes dryer.

What a fantastic location, right on the beach at Cole’s Bay and 10min to Freycinet National Park.
We spent 2 days at Sandpiper on our visit to Freycinet Peninsula and Wineglass Bay. It was fantastic to be able to walk directly to the beach and stroll along the shore of Cole’s Bay and, at the same time, be only 10min drive from the National Park.
Large, clean and modern house suitable for families and groups. Good communication with hosts. Will be back!

The property is well located near the beach (5 mins walk), has a good view of the bay.
Freycinet Holiday Houses is a good host, responsive and accommodating.
The property however has some defects that requires attention. The oven’s not cleaned and the beds are very basic.
