It was in a very nice location in the city and had very good staff
Some property damage on arrival (etc water damage broken picture frame) and some security concerns

Liked the value, good location, polite friendly staff.
Clean.
Good kitchen and shower.
Decent neighborhood, nice folks.
I had no problems once I found the gate.
Bed was a little stiff after the first night.
TV was very hard to work.

Really good location, close to everything. Felt safe
You could literally see the basement&outside through the floors. Every single part of the floor was loud both on our floor and upstairs, which was very loud annoying to hear with people walking around late at night. We also woke up to no water with no prior notice one morning.

The unit was spacious and nice..it was clean and easy to find..there were adequate towels and the beds were comfortable
Well I understand that renting an apartment isn't the same as renting a hotel room, but I made this booking in a hotel room.search on booking.com. so after booking the room and doing the information fill out and finally getting to payment screen..the $40 cleaning fee is added which now makes the cost of the unit more than nearby hotels.Iwould have liked to have that charge included in the quote BEFORE i started the booking process. The other thing is when we walked through the unit we noticed mosquito netting over each bed and ASSUMED it was decorative...NOT AT ALL! I was awake at 4am pulling the around the bed!! Not sure why there are so many there but use the netting! And lastly I am a fat guy and I'm older..the unit is not very accommodating for this demographic..the couches sit very low and the bar stoops are very narrow and I didn't trust them holding my weight
