Newly-renovated, so very CLEAN, BRIGHT as well as CONVENIENTLY-LOCATED. Just across from Forest Park + zoo, easy walking to Dogtown eateries + few minutes walk to bus stop (10 min ride to Scnucks Supermarket). Secured parking available if driving.
Everything provided for comfy stay w/new appliances in kitchen + 2 ACs. Host even gave us FREE tix to Botanical Garden! Host VERY responsive to texts. Had a great time + wish we could stay longer. Will rebook apt in future.
Nothing, really. Only "glitch" that prevented a 10-rating was new gas stove would not light + it was our last evening so we microwaved. Host offered to send help.

happy that it was in a location near Forest Park and so near a big grocery store. The bathroom was clean and the bed was OK/nice. I liked that they provided coffee. I liked that it had covered parking. I loved the original features of the property – very charming
We didn’t like:
the overall dingy feel
The black, ratty towels
the torn sofa
the stained futon
the dirt found in the kitchen sink
The external lock that no one bothered to lock but us, so every time we went outside it was unlocked
that the washing/Laundry amenity was checked on booking.com, which to me indicated that we would have free/easy access to a washing machine. However, it turned out that the laundry was in a place that I needed to request a code for and then pay per load.
