About this apartment rental
Book your 5-star stay in this spacious 2 bdrm/1 ba suite in the desirable and safe DeBaliviere neighborhood. Only a 2 block walk from Forest Park & its Metrolink train stop, your group will have access to everything the city has to offer. This 100 year-old historic home is only blocks from Forest Park, the site of the 1904 World's Fair and St. Louis Zoo.
UPDATE: On May 16, 2025 the Forest Park area was hit with a mile-wide tornado. Our building had minimal damage and maintains 100% occupancy. Some of the buildings along our street suffered roof damage, broken windows and uprooted trees. The city has cleaned up and the area is getting back to normalcy.
"Suites in the Lou" offers 6 private short term rental suites in one building - great for a large group which may want to all stay in one place. Walkable to Forest Park, the Metrolink train stop, the Delmar Loop, restaurants, and shopping. This 3rd floor 2-bedroom/1 bath suite sleeps 4 guests. Enjoy a king bedroom for you, two more guests on the queen bed in bedroom#2.

Off-Street Parking: Access to the parking lot is only available after you arrive and check into your unit. A key to your back door entrance will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter. In the meantime, feel free to find a parking spot out front on the street.

Our stay was wonderful! Libby is extremely quick to respond, helpful, and kind. We loved the updates to the beautiful older building. Plenty of parking was available in front of and behind the building. It was nice to see all the work being done across the street to the buildings damaged in the June 2025 tornado. The neighborhood is safe and accessible to so many areas in St. Louis. We plan on staying here again during our child's years at Washington University in St. Louis.

Apt was cute, had everything you need for your stay. Walk to Metrolink. Easy parking in fenced in parking lot. All in all was alot of fun visting St.Louis and staying in apartment.

Location was perfect, we spent our days walking to Forest Park and trying coffee shops, walked to the metro to catch a Cardinals game.Slept great, and enjoyed the apt for quick meals and resting our feet.

We very much so enjoyed our stay here! Getting into the home was very easy, the property was very clean, and provided everything listed. I felt very safe in the neighborhood where the property is and anything you may need is only about a 20 minute walk or an even shorter drive. I had a few questions when I arrived at the property and within 10 minutes at most the host had responded to me! Would definitely book with them again!
