    The staff was so kind to my toddler and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were worth revisiting and the property was well kept. The staff, I really can’t say enough about how kind and helpful the staff was. They allowed me to eat breakfast in my room while my baby slept. Upon checkout I stored my bags while I ran a last minute errand, I forgot an item in the room and when I went to pickup my bag the item was placed ontop of my the bag. I would have never remembered. Great place to stay and even better staff!

    The best service mind of all staff. They really nice and sincere to providing service. The room so comfortable and fully functional. Good facility; I love swimming pool and sauna. For the breakfast is simple Japanese style, lovely. Good value for money.

    All the Staff were fantastic. Min and another man on Sunday 11th October who told us his story of the glass bridge in Sapa both were exceptional in their support and made us feel incredibly welcomed. We stayed here when we first arrived in Hanoi and once again when we came back from Sapa. The location is outside of the Old Quarter but so easy to get a Grab anywhere. For us the peace and quiet was worth its weight in gold. Breakfast - plenty of fruit and catered for most cultures with a variety of foods. Angela - Australia

    Had to be moved twice due to a smell coming from the AC. Front desk was accomodating. But not ideal having to pack up twice. The third room was a duplex suite that was very nice but noisy since its facing the street. I wanted to like this place...but I won't stay here again.
