The paintwork and floor refinishing are renewed as soon as the need arises—meaning at least once a year.
There are noise-reducing windows in both the living room and the bedroom.
We replace any appliance or item that does not meet our standards for hosting guests. Whether it involves household appliances or items for guest comfort—such as 400-thread-count 100% cotton bed linens, 500g/m² towels, cookware, dishes, and general kitchen utensils, as well as a Nespresso machine—everything is purchased new and is of the highest quality.
A crib is available free of charge upon prior request.
The list of amenities is comprehensive, including a blender, iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, beach tent, beach chairs, and beach towels.
The apartment, along with all furniture and fixtures, undergoes periodic maintenance and renewal to keep the space in perfect condition.
Liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers are provided in the bathroom.
The washing machine has also been replaced with a larger, high-quality model.
The apartment has been fully renovated, including the replacement of all plumbing and electrical wiring.
It features ceiling fans and split-system air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, as well as a safe, a smoke detector, and a CO2 detector.
Cable TV is available in the living room and bedroom, along with broadband Wi-Fi, Netflix, Globoplay, and Disney+.
There is no dedicated parking space, but a paid parking lot is located about a block and a half away; street parking is also available near the beach, which is just 50 meters from the building.
Pest control treatment is renewed every three months to ensure quality and out of respect for our guests. The building has a family-friendly atmosphere, with just four floors and four apartments per floor, featuring a daytime doorman and security cameras.
